Over 11 weeks participants turn steps and everyday activities into progress as they virtually walk the entire coastline of Ireland. The challenge encourages everyone to do what they can, wherever they are – from climbing the stairs at home, making a cup of tea at work, to walking, running or completing fun bonus missions. Every action counts towards a suggested goal of 7,000 steps per day, helping to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and strengthen heart health.
