A Dytt campaign that motivates you to increase your daily activity and add more workouts to your routine. The best part? It’s suitable for everyone, regardless of activity level! Together as a team, you’ll inspire each other to climb to the top of Mount Everest and enjoy an active and fun start to the year! All activities are easily logged in the Dytt app, helping you on your journey up the world’s highest mountain. An average of 10,000 steps per day will get you to the summit in time. Additionally, you can complete expedition tasks to earn extra steps. In leaderboards, you can compare your progress with individuals, teams, and workplaces from across the country. Which workplace will be the most active? Regardless, the main goal of the campaign is to boost activity levels and strengthen team spirit at work.

Everyone who reaches the goal in time will be entered into a draw to win gift cards worth 9,900 NOK!

Create teams

The workplace competes as a single team, which is selected during registration. The goal is to maintain an average of 10,000 steps per day. If you are a large workplace, we recommend forming additional teams for a bit of extra internal competition.

Log activities

Download the Dytt app, where all your steps are automatically registered on your profile. You can also choose to sync steps directly from your activity tracker. Other activities will not be converted into steps for this campaign, but you can earn extra steps by completing selected expedition tasks.

Track your progress

Through leaderboards and a virtual map, you can monitor your progress and compare it both internally and with workplaces across the country.

Win prizes!

Everyone who reaches the top of Mount Everest during the campaign period will be entered into a draw to win gift cards. Weekly prizes will also be drawn among participants maintaining an average of 10,000 steps per day. For every 100 participants, 1,000 NOK will be added to the prize pool for gift cards.

Expedition Tasks

Earn extra steps by completing expedition tasks that help you prepare for reaching the summit of Mount Everest! Completing 10 workouts during the campaign, having a screen-free bedroom for 10 nights, or doing 10 minutes of running or walking uphill will also enter you into the draw for additional prizes.

Expedition Tasks that Earn Extra Steps:

Workout Session = 1,000 steps
Use a Sit-Stand Desk = 500 steps
Get Fresh Air = 500 steps
Hill Running = 1,000 steps
Screen-Free Bedroom = 500 steps
Greener Meal = 500 steps

Compete against the entire country

In the leaderboards, you can compare your progress internally and against workplaces nationwide. Easily track your activity levels and bonus tasks through the app and on dytt.no.
